Dear all, as you may have noticed, we elongated our Startnext campaign (which has started in December) until the end of February. Our goal of a new cheese counter is within reach – help us on the last few meters! So until February 28th, 2023 you still have the opportunity to support us at Startnext, to get some of the goodies as a thank you and tell all your friends about us.
Miso Making Workshop
Join us for our first workshop – a creative miso adventure using fresh and locally-sourced ingredients from Kollektiv Bioase! The incredible Polly Yim @QU Fermentation Studio will be teaching us the guiding principles to miso making with an emphasis on making the best of regional and seasonal flavors. Participants in this hands-on workshop will make their own small jar of miso to bring home and come away with the knowledge to continue their own miso practice on their own.

Newsletter 5: short news
Dear all, short news from the Bioase: This December we will have extended Saturday opening hours again, from 09am - 6pm. We’ll inform you shortly again about our opening hours in between the holidays and our annual inventory day. Also, a little reminder that the order for Christmas meat is only possible until today, so if you still want something come by, preferably already with the filled order form.
Newsletter 4: high time
Dear members, regular customers and friends, it is high time that we get in touch with you again! We have had a few very exciting weeks, so this newsletter is a little longer. We have mastered the transition from September to October as good as possible: The new account has been opened, the tax number has been assigned, essential contracts like electricity, internet, insurances etc.

Dear members, regular customers and friends! The planning of the continuation of our Bioase now brought along a little excitement. So we almost forgot that we should also honor the continued existence of our store. We would like to take this opportunity to personally introduce the Bioase collective plus “old-new crew” as well as express our gratitude to the founders of Bioase44, Elke and Nadia.
