Dear all, Some of you might have noticed that we have significantly reduced our range during the summer holidays, especially when it comes to refrigerated and baked goods. We will of course slowly ramp up our range again at the end of the holidays. Please let us know what you are missing so that we can reorder important products for you more quickly!

Dear all, April showers bring May flowers, there are great news! New Café: Welcome Warawul! Some of you already knew, but now it’s official: we’re handing over the running of our Bistro to the wonderful Warawul Café! Warawul is a new coffee roasting company from Neukölln that offers so-called speciality coffee.

It brings good weather, fresh wind and of course all sorts of news from the bioase… New products Beelitz Asparagus This year’s asparagus season started much earlier than usual, but just in time for Easter! The ‘white gold’ is now known far beyond regional borders for its high quality and delicate, smooth and elegant flavour.

Dear all, At the beginning of February, we held our first collective weekend in the countryside. The purpose of this weekend was primarily to have a personal exchange between us. We also wanted to see where Bioase currently stands and what we want to achieve in 2024. We will be sharing these plans with you in this and subsequent newsletters.
