we said yes!!
there are still a lot of open questions and some conditions are not yet fixed, but we want to take over and we, the collective, and elke and nadia, are now doing everything to initiate the transition and the takeover.
a big unknown is still the rental contract - on monday we have an appointment with the property management, so keep your fingers crossed that the rent remains affordable!
