What is the meaning of the two prices? All products in the shop are priced with two options: one for members and one for non-members. Membership is ideal for anyone wishing to buy regularly and make a commitment. Monthly membership fees and reliable purchases allow us to plan better and offer you discounts of up to 20% compared to other stores.

Who are you, anyway? We are a group of old and new faces who have been running this local organic Kiez-store as a collective since October 2022. We work without a boss, but with shared decisions and responsibilities. We build on the relationships and values established by the original founders, while bringing new ideas to the table.

Cool, so how does it work?
It is based on a monthly fee. Regular membership: The fee is €19 for the first person and €13 for each additional person. Reduced membership: The fee is €13 for the first person and €10 for each additional person (for households with a net income of up to €1,000 per person - proof required) Those who can and want to can also pay a higher solidarity contribution 🙂 You’ll receive a membership card giving you access to reduced prices. You can try out membership with a trial month, without paying the start-up fee.

Oh, what’s this “start-up fee”?
The one-off “start-up fee” is €50 regular or €30 reduced, plus €30 for each additional person. This is used as an interest-free loan to fund our inventory. If you cancel your membership, the initial fee will be refunded as a deposit, provided all fees are paid and the card(s) are returned. Cancellation must be made in writing with one month’s notice to the end of the month.

At what point does it make sense to join? Price differences vary according to the product group. Membership becomes the more economical option when your average weekly spend is around €30-35 per person for the regular membership or €20-25 per person for the discounted membership. It’s important for the success of the model that everyone who benefits from the membership is also a member. Apart from the financial side, membership also makes sense if you want to support independent shops! 😊
